Ground Irish limestone from County Clare. Resin-bound.

Low thermal conductivity. Cool to touch in morning.

Annual re-sealing with food-safe mineral oil maintains depth.

The surface carries the mountain. 350 million years of geological compression. Same calcium carbonate. Different form.
